RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Full priced items can be returned or exchanged for a refund or credit note within 14 days from the date of purchase, contingent upon meeting the specified conditions below:
1. Please remember to retain your invoice or proof of purchase when returning your order;
2. Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unused items. The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging;
3. Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
4. All return items will be inspected and quality assurance checked at our Head Office on return and it remains at the discretion of By Elle as to whether the item will be accepted for refund or exchange based on the conditions above. Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
To request a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@byelle.com.au and provide the reason for your request. Prior to returning your package, please await approval from our team, as we are unable to accept returns that have not been authorized.
RETURN SHIPPING
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
1. If you decide to return your order for a direct refund, please note that you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
2. However, if you choose to return your item for a store credit or exchange, we will waive the return shipping costs and provide a complimentary return shipping label.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
1. All policies above for full price, markdown and final sale items apply for International Customers.
2. Should you choose to return your order, please be aware that you will need to cover the associated shipping costs; we do not cover international return shipping. Unfortunately, international exchanges cannot be facilitated. If you wish to purchase a different item, store credits can be issued. It's essential to note that we will only cover the postage costs for returns if your order is determined to be faulty.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
Our sincere apologies if you've received a defective item. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@byelle.com.au with your order number, item number, and 3-4 clear images of the defective merchandise. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective or damaged, we will contact you with next steps.
REFUND
We strive to process returns daily from Monday to Friday, but kindly allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive the return parcel.
Once we've received and inspected your return, our returns department will inform you of its status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, as per the processing times of your financial institutions.
It's important to remember that shipping fees, as well as any duties and taxes from the original order, are non-refundable.
