Kindly allow a processing time of one (1) to three (3) business days for your orders. A business day refers to any day other than Saturday or Sunday, or a public holiday in any State or Australian Territory.

DELIVERY

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note the delivery time stated are just estimates and be mindful of potential courier delays; delivery time to WA, QLD and NT as well as regional/remote areas may take longer than estimated (no refunds for delivery charges if shipping time exceeds estimate).

We are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect the parcel to a new address.

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post and do not require a signature upon delivery. Australia Post usually operates between 9am - 6pm on business days.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and do require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am - 6pm on business days. Please note that should you authorize DHL to leave your order, By Elle is not responsible for any theft, damage or losses of your parcel.

DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

By Elle is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.
